Magnit Direct Source is seeking a Customer First Administrator Tech for a 12-month contract in Irvine, CA. The role supports lemon-law case processing and regional operations, with four days onsite and remote Fridays.

The position involves document handling, data entry in Salesforce and Toyota platforms, and coordination with dealerships and regional teams. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute lemon law acknowledgment letters.
• Request repair orders and sales documents from Toyota dealerships.
• Enter repair history and case details into Salesforce and Toyota’s Guest Experience Platform.
• Route customer cases to the appropriate regional team members.
• Assemble and organize documents for Toyota HQ and Legal Department.
• Partner with dealer personnel, district managers, and field technical specialists.
