Magnit Direct Source is hiring a Customer First Administrator for a 12-month contract in San Ramon, California. The role focuses on lemon law case processing, supporting the Regional Customer First team with claims analysis, document gathering, and repair history review.

The position requires teamwork, strong communication, and basic MS Office proficiency. Experience in automotive dealership operations or legal/claims settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must communicate well and thrive in a team environment.
• Will analyze customer satisfaction cases and investigate claims accurately.
• Will process up to 10 cases per day, gathering dealer documents, generating service histories, and analyzing repair records.
• Support the Customer First Department at Los Angeles Regional Office in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Customer First team with lemon law case processing.
• Analyze customer satisfaction cases and investigate customer claims.
• Process up to 10 cases per day with documentation and repair history analysis.
• Assist Customer First Department at Irvine, CA when needed.
