Remote work is offered full-time, with the option for hybrid work for candidates located in Los Angeles. The role requires strong drafting, deposition, discovery, settlement negotiation, and trial preparation skills.

Qualificações

• Licensed to practice law in California (CA Bar).
• 1-3 years of civil litigation experience; Lemon Law experience not required.
• Remote full-time role with hybrid option for Los Angeles candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a Lemon Law caseload from filing through resolution.
• Draft pleadings and substantive motions.
