Tyson & Mendes LLP seeks an experienced Senior Counsel in Lemon Law litigation for a hybrid role based in Northern California, with remote work flexibility and an active California license. The candidate will manage cases, handle discovery, depositions, and trial prep, and contribute to client relationships across Northern California and the SF Bay Area.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-approved school
• Licensed to practice in California
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience
• 5+ years handling Lemon Law defense matters
• 2+ years CRLA, tenant advocacy, or housing litigation
• 2+ years General Liability defense experience
• Proficiency with time management systems
• Independent work style and strong communication

Responsibilities

• Develop a compelling case theme and strategy
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs and trials
• Lead and mentor junior attorneys and coordinate with clients
• Manage discovery, motions, mediation and trial preparations
• Cultivate relationships with current and future clients
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
