Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Sales Manager – Leisure Sales to support leisure business growth across the Hawaii portfolio. The role focuses on wholesale, consortia, and travel advisor accounts, developing and maintaining relationships, and executing account and hotel sales strategies.

You will collaborate with Area Sales leadership to grow room nights, revenue, and market share, manage multiple accounts and deadlines, and represent Highgate Hawaii at industry events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hospitality, hotel sales, travel industry, customer service, account management, or related experience preferred.
• A four-year or two-year college degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with Hawaii visitor industry and/or Hawaii hotel market is beneficial.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with assigned wholesale, consortia, retail travel advisor, and other leisure sales partners.
• Serve as a day-to-day sales contact for accounts under Area Sales leadership.
• Represent Highgate Hawaii at sales calls, trade shows, and industry events as assigned.
• Develop and execute account-specific and hotel-specific sales strategies to increase room nights and revenue.
• Monitor account production, prepare reports, and communicate opportunities to leadership.
