About the Role

Our client, a significant player in the Leisure & Sports sector, is looking for a proactive and organized Leisure Operations Manager to oversee their facilities and activities in Welkom, Free State . This role is essential for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of all leisure and sports-related services offered. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for providing high-quality recreational experiences. This is a key position to contribute to community well-being and recreational development in the Free State region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of leisure and sports facilities, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
