Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, supporting selling initiatives and completing assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

The role requires flexibility with shifts, a focus on customer service, and adherence to safety and poultry care standards. Everyone helps maintain a clean, organized store and supports the overall customer journey.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; reading/writing/counting skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register/ POS system following procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Complete merchandising plans and set resets (plan-o-grams).
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns and load purchases for customers.
• Ensure Legendary Customer Experience and protect poultry safety.
