Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking Team Members to interact with customers and teammates while supporting selling initiatives and completing assigned tasks. You will help deliver a Legendary Customer Experience, greet customers, uncover needs, and recommend product solutions.

The role also involves operating the cash register, stocking, merchandising tasks, and duties to ensure safety of birds and a quality store environment. Shifts vary by store and may include evenings, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Greet the Customer.
• Uncover Customer's Needs & Wants.
• Recommend Product Solutions.
• Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures (merchandising, sets, and resets).
• Assemble merchandise.
• Perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns.
• Assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of birds; sanitize poultry holding tanks.
