Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives, and perform store duties while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will be part of a team, available for varied shifts, and responsible for tasks from cash handling to stocking and merchandising.

Essential duties include greeting customers, understanding needs, recommending products, and ensuring safe handling of poultry where applicable.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value & appreciate.
• Operate cash register/computer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in mandatory freight processes.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and assemble merchandise.
• Perform janitorial duties and execute price changes/markdowns.
• Operate forklift and baler where age-appropriate.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
