Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and fellow team members, supporting selling initiatives and completing assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Based in our stores across the United States, this role emphasizes availability, flexibility, and service orientation, including operating cash registers, assisting customers with loading purchases, stocking merchandise, and maintaining safe poultry holding areas as required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide strong customer service.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, Appreciate the Customer.
• Operate cash register and process transactions following company procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and recover merchandise as needed.
• Perform merchandising tasks, price changes, and other duties as assigned.
• Ensure safety and well-being of birds when required and adhere to training guidelines.
