Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to support selling initiatives and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience in our store. You must be flexible, dependable and customer‑focused, and ready to perform a variety of duties with accuracy and care.

Routine tasks include operating the cash register, stocking merchandise, completing plan-o-gram procedures, assisting customers with loading purchases, and ensuring safety and well‑being of birds in poultry areas, while maintaining clean, safe

Qualifications

• Experience not required; retail or farming knowledge are strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; reading, writing and counting abilities needed.
• Read, write and count accurately and communicate effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills required to operate POS and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and be flexible with shifts.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight processes and plan-o-gram procedures.
• Assemble merchandise and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Deliver a Legendary Customer Experience and ensure bird safety and poultry care as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
