Bass Pro Shops in Greenville, SC seeks a Customer Relations Associate to greet customers, assist with merchandise, and provide information and direction to ensure a friendly, productive shopping experience.

You will handle returns, process refunds or exchanges, assist with hunting and fishing licenses, manage reward programs, and stay knowledgeable about products and promotions to help customers make informed purchases.

Qualifications

• Ability to calculate discounts and make change accurately.
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to build working relationships with management and customers.
• Experience operating a computerized Point of Sale system.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly and provide information and direction.
• Secure firearms with trigger locks and manage visitor logs for vendors.
• Process merchandise returns and complete refund/exchange paperwork.
• Assist with hunting and fishing licenses and promote programs.
• Maintain a neat, stocked work area and follow company policies.
