Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending products, operating the register, stocking merchandise, and ensuring safe poultry care. No experience required; a high school diploma is preferred. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail, farming, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet the Customer and uncover needs, then recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions.
• Perform merchandising tasks including planogram compliance and price changes.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Maintain poultry care areas and ensure birds are cared for as required.
• Complete all documentation for the above duties and perform other duties as assigned.
