No experience required; high school diploma preferred; duties include cash handling, merchandising, and cleaning, with varied shifts including weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver legendary customer service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend products, add value, appreciate customers.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight processes.
• Complete Plan-o-gram merchandising, assemble merchandise, perform janitorial duties, and execute price changes/markdowns.
• Operate forklift and baler if age permits.
• Assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure a Legendary shopping experience and bird welfare in poultry handling areas.
• Complete documentation for duties and other tasks as assigned.
