Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives, and perform store duties while delivering Legendary Customer Experience. Roles include greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending products, and ensuring a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities cover cash handling, merchandising, loading help, and maintaining bird care areas. No experience required; high school diploma preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing and counting ability.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; good interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Merchandise recovery and freight processing.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandising setups.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes and markdowns.
• Operate forklift and cardboard baler (if age permits).
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure Legendary Customer Experience.
• Ensure safety and well-being of birds and sanitation of poultry holding areas.
• Complete documentation for all duties and be ready for other tasks as assigned.
