Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring a Team Member to interact with customers and fellow team members, support sales initiatives and complete assigned tasks, all while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

There is no required experience, though retail or farming knowledge is preferred. Roles include cash handling, stocking, merchandising, and assisting customers with loading purchases in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and team members to deliver Legendary Customer Experience.
• Support selling initiatives and perform assigned tasks.
• Operate cash register and handle cash in accordance with store procedures.
• Maintain attendance and work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures, assemble merchandise, and perform basic janitorial duties.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a safe shopping environment.
