Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing and presenting food in a timely manner, according to established recipes. Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
• Ability to train and coach Back of House staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce compliance with employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient food item ticket times.
• Manage Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Provide daily feedback to staff during one-on-ones and training sessions.
• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks as part of inventory and safety responsibilities.
• Oversee proper handling, storage and maintenance of all food items.
• Control food costs, waste and kitchen labor costs.
• Schedule and assign tasks for Back of House personnel.
