Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of restaurant operations in Massachusetts. You will be responsible for delivering Legendary Food and Legendary Service while driving profitability and staff development.

The role requires 2+ years as a GM/MP or multi-unit manager in a full-service concept, with a strong focus on leadership, communication, and cost controls. Eligible for a comprehensive Total Rewards Package after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• GM/MP or multi-unit manager experience in a full-service concept (2+ years).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle stress in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Enforce employment policies with support from management.
• Direct and schedule restaurant management teams.
• Oversee hiring of management and hourly staff.
• Oversee food, labor, and liquor costs and budgets.
• Maintain compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service.
