Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service at all times. This role leads the management team, directs schedules, and drives performance, cost control, and compliance across the restaurant.

Responsibilities include hiring, budgeting, inventory, and maintaining the restaurant’s culture and safety standards while supporting community and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years or more as GM/MP or multi-unit manager in a full-service concept.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with employment policies with support from management.
• Direct and schedule the management team and assign restaurant areas.
• Manage performance through coaching, directionals, and evaluations.
• Review applications, interview, and hire management and hourly staff.
• Oversee food, labor, and liquor costs and annual budgets.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and responsible alcohol service.
