You will manage costs, compliance, staffing, inventories, budgets, safety, and guest experience while upholding the brand culture and core values daily. The successful candidate will mentor managers, enforce employment policies, recruit talent, and partner with vendors to support a thriving

Qualifications

• 2+ years or more as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment.
• Managing Partners are required to make an initial monetary deposit and enter into an employment agreement with Texas Roadhouse.

Responsibilities

• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and directing the management team.
• Directing work of management team, including setting weekly management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility.
• Managing performance of management team, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring management and hourly employees.
• Overseeing food, labor, and liquor costs and weekly/monthly P&L.
• Ensuring compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Overseeing inventories, budgets, and security measures for employee and guest safety.
