Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Leominster, MA is seeking a legendary Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service.

The role offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package after 30 days and requires leadership with 2+ years as a GM/MP in a full-service concept, plus strong communication and organizational skills. You will manage costs, schedules, and staff development in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as GM/MP/Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• The ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment
• Managing Partners are required to make an initial monetary deposit and enter into an employment agreement with Texas Roadhouse.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of the management team, including setting weekly schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers
• Manage performance of management team, including coaching, evaluations, and discipline
• Review applications, interview, and hire management and hourly employees
• Provide oversight of food, labor, and liquor costs and compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Oversee weekly and monthly P&L, inventories, and budgets
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and enforce security measures for staff and guests
• Develop key employees and managers through training in policies and practices
