Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage FOH staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for our guests. If you have a passion for people and providing a legendary guest experience.

You will drive sales, train teams, control liquor costs, schedule staff, and maintain safety and quality standards while upholding our core values.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Front of House operations.
• Ability to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety for guests
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Assisting with development of key employees, including daily feedback during one-on-ones
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing work for employees: hours, weekly schedules, and task assignment
• Creating a fun, safe environment by upholding core values and operational goals with incentives
• Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
