Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and manage all Front of House employees to ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests. This role drives sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction while enforcing policies and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key FOH employees through daily feedback in one-on-ones
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing work for employees including scheduling and task assignment
• Creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and running contests and incentives
• Understanding, managing and practicing safe food handling procedures
