• Experience managing Front of House operations.
• Ability to drive guest satisfaction and sales.
• Experience training Front of House staff.
• Experience hiring and evaluating staff.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service.
• Ability to schedule and assign tasks.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and oversee cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide Front of House training or oversee its delivery.
• Manage performance, evaluations, coaching and discipline of FOH staff.
• Oversee liquor orders and control liquor costs.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Develop key employees and assist with performance feedback.
• Review applications, interview and hire FOH staff.
• Direct scheduling and task assignment before, during, and after opening hours.
• Create a fun and safe environment by upholding core values and goals.
• Follow safe food handling procedures.
