Texas Roadhouse, Inc. seeks an experienced Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and manage all FOH employees, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Front of House teams in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of safety and liquor laws.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and guest safety.
• Providing Front of House training.
• Managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs.
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Assisting development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly staff with daily feedback.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff.
• Directing work for employees, setting hours, schedules, and tasks.
• Creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and incentives.
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures.
