Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, supporting selling initiatives and performing assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

There is emphasis on flexibility, strong communication, and willingness to perform a wide range of duties from cashiering to stocking, merchandising, and safety-related tasks. Training and safety guidelines are provided to support a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; read, write, and count mastered
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately across tasks

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Work scheduled shifts including varied hours, nights, weekends, and overtime
• Provide Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Add value
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight process
• Complete Plan-o-gram merchandising tasks and assemble merchandise
• Perform janitorial duties and handle price changes/markdowns
• Operate forklift and baler if age permits
• Assist customers with loading purchases
• Ensure a Legendary shopping experience and bird safety where applicable
• Document all job duties and follow training requirements
