Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending product solutions, performing cashier duties, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety. No prior experience required; willingness to learn is valued.

Qualifications

• No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and team members to support selling initiatives.
• Operate cash register and handle cash following procedures.
• Restock merchandise and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide Legendary Customer Experience.
