Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to calculate discounts and make change accurately.
• Effective communication with customers and coworkers.
• Able to operate computerized POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Handle merchandise returns and process refunds/exchanges.
• Secure firearms with trigger locks when brought into the store.
• Check in vendor representatives and manage visitor logs/badges.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
• Maintain knowledge of products and advertised sales.
• Provide a legendary customer experience with product recommendations.
• All other duties as assigned.
