Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to greet customers, answer questions, and guide shopping decisions while handling merchandise with care.

In this part-time role, you will secure firearms, check in vendors, process returns, and promote club memberships and rewards programs, delivering a legendary experience to every customer.

You will stay informed about promotions, maintain clean work areas, and follow company policies to ensure a safe, friendly store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale (POS) register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and warmly.
• Handle merchandise with care and process returns/refunds/exchanges.
• Check in vendor representatives and manage visitor badges.
• Sell hunting and fishing licenses and promote membership and reward programs.
• Keep work area clean and stocked and follow company policies.
