Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers and fellow team members, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

You will join a fast-paced retail environment where teamwork, reliable attendance, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction are valued. No prior experience is required, and training is provided to ensure success in daily store operations.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; reading, writing and counting abilities needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and vary hours including nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend products, add value, appreciate customers.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Participate in mandatory freight process and complete Plan-o-grams for merchandising.
