Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives and perform store tasks with a focus on a Legendary Customer Experience. You may help with loading purchases, merchandising, and basic maintenance while working a variety of shifts.

Experience is not required, but retail or farming knowledge is preferred. Reading, writing, and counting accurately, plus basic computer skills, are expected for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required; retail experience preferred.
• Read, write and count accurately; basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with needs and questions.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing changes and plan-o-grams.
• Stock, merchandise assembly and janitorial duties as needed.
• Provide a Legendary Customer Experience and safe environment for birds.
