Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers and fellow team members while supporting selling initiatives and completing assigned tasks. The role emphasizes delivering a Legendary Customer Experience and flexibility with varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Training and safety procedures are part of daily duties to maintain store excellence. The position requires no formal experience, though retail or farming knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures as established by Tractor Supply Company.
• Recovery of merchandise and participate in mandatory freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures (merchandising, sets, and resets).
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns and operate forklift/baler as applicable.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
