Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives and perform store tasks, ensuring a Legendary Customer Experience. You’ll greet customers, uncover needs, and recommend products while working with a friendly team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, stocking, merchandising, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Shifts vary and may include nights and weekends to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farm/ranch knowledge is a plus.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs to recommend products.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Restock and recover merchandise; complete plan-of-grams and price changes when required.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Ensure a Legendary Customer Experience through attentive service and teamwork.
