• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.

• Interact with customers and team members to deliver Legendary Customer Experience.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions per company procedures.
• Stock, merchandise recovery, and plan-o-gram execution.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure safe handling of poultry and birds.
