Kimball Tirey & St. John, a California real estate law firm, seeks a Legal Writing Clerk in Concord, CA. You will assist attorneys by drafting letters and legal notices to tenants who breach lease obligations.

This is a full-time, hybrid role offering $25.00-$35.00/hour DOE plus benefits, with a 40-hour workweek and growth opportunities within a diverse, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal notices, letters, and stipulations for unlawful detainer cases.
• Review residential leases and client documents to identify lease violations.
• Communicate with clients to obtain information for drafting letters and notices.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status.
• Assist with case intake and data entry.

We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our firm is looking for a Legal Writing Clerk to join our team in Concord, CA. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday.We currently offer a hybrid in-office remote work model for select positions within the Firm.
