Qualifications include a ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in paralegal work, and familiarity with San Francisco County Courts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, respond to discovery, and draft legal documents and pleadings.
• Schedule, prepare, and serve motions and oppositions, including various motions.
• Support trial attorneys with preparation of trial binders and jury trial documents.
• Perform e-filing, paper filing, and related administrative duties.
• Assist in client contact regarding pleadings, hearing dates, and court information.
