Job summary

RRD is a leading global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. Must commute to Phoenix, AZ; hybrid after 90-day probation (3 days onsite, 3 days remote). Salary $26.31/hour with standard benefits and training onsite for 6 weeks.

Responsibilities include formatting, proofreading, editing, document styling, and coordinating workload while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Requires strong MS Word skills and advanced MS Office knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have strong clerical administrative experience formatting in MS Word.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of legal experience preferred.
• Transcription experience a plus and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for word processing projects such as formatting, proofreading, editing, and document styling.
• Coordinate, assign, distribute, track and expedite workload to the department.
• Interface with requesters to gather detailed information and understand assignments.
• Analyze requests to determine execution steps and engage resources.
• Maintain knowledge of firm-supported software packages and perform other duties as assigned.
