Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in translation.
• ILR 3 minimum or equivalent on language/translation tests.
• Must have lived 3 of the last 5 years in the U.S.
• At least 1 year of experience with law enforcement/legal departments.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Public Trust or higher security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Preserve tone and register of source materials.
• Adhere to the code of linguist ethics.
