Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, delivers, maintains, and evaluates training programs for firm technologies.
• Maintains learning materials, guides, job aids, videos, and eLearning modules.
• Collaborates with IT, HR, and stakeholders to assess needs and measure outcomes.
• Delivers orientation and training on Firm applications including Microsoft 365 and legal software.
• Maintains the LMS, tracks attendance, and updates course content.
