Job summary

Vedder's Chicago Office is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate technology and professional skills training across the Firm. You will work with IT, HR, and stakeholders to identify learning needs, create effective solutions, and measure outcomes.

You will lead instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs, develop materials, and ensure content stays current with software and workflow changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience training legal or professional services employees.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree required.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, delivers, maintains, and evaluates training programs for Firm technologies.
• Creates learning materials and eLearning modules.
• Coordinates with IT and HR to assess learning needs and measure outcomes.
• Delivers orientation training for new hires on Firm applications including Microsoft 365.
• Maintains the LMS and tracks training attendance and records.
