Job summary
City and County of San Francisco is seeking a Legal Technology Analyst II to modernize and maintain IT systems used in legal workflows. The role focuses on assessing technology solutions, guiding internal customers, and implementing tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Ideal candidates will have strong Microsoft 365, Windows AD, and governance familiarity, plus experience with SharePoint and NetDocuments. Onsite work for up to six months with potential for limited remote days thereafter.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 1 year in information systems or similar roles.
- Equivalency substitutions allowed for degree.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 including Exchange and Entra ID sought.
Responsibilities
- Deploy new tools and enhancements to support legal workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address technical challenges.
- Evaluate current technical environments for improvements.
- Develop user and technical requirements for projects.
- Conduct training sessions and support adoption of new tools.
- Create user guides and training materials.
