City and County of San Francisco seeks a Legal Technology Support Administrator I to support modernization, maintenance, and reliability of IT systems. A primary focus is migrating data from on-premises file shares to cloud-based repositories, while delivering dependable support to legal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of the technology stack used in a legal office, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with on-call rotation.

Formación

• Requires Associate's Degree in computer science or closely related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with governance, ITIL and ITSM is desirable.
• Three+ years in the duties described are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate data from on-premises file shares to cloud-based repositories.
• Support modernization, maintenance, and reliability of IT systems.
• Communicate IT policies and standards to internal customers.
• Provide 24-hour on-call support as part of rotating IT team schedule.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.
