Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Litigation Support Specialist in San Francisco, CA!

Responsibilities:

1. Help manage litigation databases including Relativity and Everlaw.
2. Oversee data loading, formatting, and delivery both in-house and offsite with vendors.
3. Troubleshoot and recommend technical solutions.
4. Provide technical support to trial teams: prepare and troubleshoot presentation databases, and software for use at trial and in war rooms.
5. Provide onsite support; operate presentation software and hardware during trial as needed; and assist with video clip creation, exhibit annotation, and PowerPoint presentations or other demonstrative exhibits and charts.
6. Assist with researching, evaluating, recommending, and maintaining litigation support equipment and software.
7. Assist with the configuration, testing, and distribution of new or upgraded litigation applications.
8. Assist with the installation of non-standard litigation support applications as needed.
9. Provide one-on-one or case team training on litigation technology applications and courtroom technology as needed.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal environment.
2. A minimum of two years of experience manipulating data and running productions as a technical analyst.
3. Electronic Discovery experience is essential.

Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
