Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops, recommends, and implements strategic talent initiatives to engage and retain associates.
• Partners with Legal Talent, HR, Inclusion, and Coaching to align programs with firm goals.
• Monitors trends and market practices, translating insights into firm programs.
• Collaborates with Marketing/PR to strengthen the talent brand and communications.
• Delivers reports and recommendations on talent metrics to leadership.
• Leads communications and presentations supporting surveys, training, and engagement.
• Supports the Firmwide Global Committee on Associates and related priorities.
• Coordinates annual performance and compensation processes with HR.
• Enhances associate lifecycle moments: onboarding, development, engagement, transitions.
• Oversees external market surveys and talent branding activities.
