The position sits in multiple U.S. offices (Boston, LA, Chicago, Philadelphia, DC) and follows a hybrid schedule—three days in the office and two days remote—supporting the firm’s global talent goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least five years of talent management/HR experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Proven written and verbal communication, and ability to engage senior leaders and associates.
• Strong project management, data analysis, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements talent initiatives to strengthen associate engagement, mentoring, and retention.
• Collaborates with Legal Talent, Inclusion, Recruiting, and Professional Development teams to align talent strategies.
• Monitors market trends and translates insights into practical programs.
• Partners with Marketing/PR to bolster the talent brand and communications.
• Generates reports and presentations on talent metrics for leadership.
• Supports firmwide committees and annual evaluation/compensation processes.
