Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP seeks a Coordinator, Legal Talent Management to support lawyers across US offices and assist with lateral integration, evaluations and promotions. You will help manage deadlines, policy implementation and events, while maintaining high confidentiality and teamwork.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Legal Talent Management, with overtime and some travel. Ideally located in New York, regular in-office presence is expected to facilitate coordination and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of professional work experience, preferably at a law firm or professional services.
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 6 years of professional work experience in a similar setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Professionalism, confidentiality and discretion are essential.
• Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of Legal Talent Management programming for lawyers in US offices.
• Support lateral integration, evaluation and promotion processes.
• Create monthly reports and update dashboards using various data sources.
• Assist in lawyer development through integration initiatives and events.
• Collaborate across the LTM team to improve connectivity and outcomes.
• Travel and overtime may be required; presence in the New York office is expected.
