Based in New York, the role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven insights, and cross-office connectivity, with occasional travel and overtime as needed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of professional work experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
  • Professionalism, integrity and high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, responsiveness and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong judgment and accountability for delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with all organizational levels.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the Legal Talent Management function for lawyers in US offices.
  • Assist with lateral integration and lawyer evaluation and promotion processes.
  • Provide general support for initiatives under LTM including first-year integration and mobility efforts.
  • Develop monthly reports and dashboards from various data sources.
  • Support retention efforts and firm-wide programming.
  • Occasional overtime and travel may be required; position located in New York.
