Job summary

Lancesoft in Philadelphia is seeking a hospitality support specialist for a 0-3+ month temp-to-engage assignment. You will set up breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages and snacks for meetings and events, ensuring professional presentation.

You will restock pantry areas, manage inventory, reset conference rooms between meetings, and maintain a welcoming environment for clients and staff. The role may assist with additional operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates with previous hospitality experience are strongly recommended.
• Individuals with backgrounds in hotels, restaurants, catering companies, event services, or similar customer-focused environments are likely to excel.

Job Description: Primary responsibilities will be hospitality services while also assisting with other operational responsibilities as needed.

Key duties include:

• Setting up breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages, and snacks for meetings and events
• Restocking pantry areas and ensuring supplies are fully maintained
• Managing hospitality supply inventory and placing supply orders as needed
• Resetting conference rooms between meetings to ensure they are presentation-ready
• Taking ownership and pride in the appearance, quality, and presentation of all hospitality setups
• Providing exceptional service and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment for clients and employees

While this position will be primarily hospitality-based, it is not exclusively limited to hospitality duties. The successful candidate should be adaptable and willing to support additional operational needs as required.
