Job summary

Lancesoft seeks a Catering Attendant to deliver exceptional onsite catering experiences for meetings and events. You will handle setup, delivery, and breakdown with a strong emphasis on service quality and presentation.

The role requires collaboration, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will work onsite five days a week, following a Monday–Friday schedule, for a 6-month term from November 2026 to April 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the service or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces and ensure tables are set prior to catering deliveries.
• Assemble and organize all necessary items for catering setups.
• Deliver and set up food and beverage stations in a timely manner.
• Manage post-event breakdown, including cleanup and storage of décor and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
• Coordinate product orders and production schedules with management and kitchen staff.
• Foster a positive environment that reflects company culture.
• Collect and share feedback to support continuous improvement in service delivery.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7: 00 AM - 3: 30 PM (40 hours per week, with the possibility of reduced hours when business needs allow)

You will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution from setup to breakdown, while maintaining high standards of service and presentation. This role requires strong collaboration, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces and ensure tables are set prior to catering deliveries


• Assemble and organize all necessary items for catering setups


• Deliver and professionally set up food and beverage stations in a timely manner


• Manage post-event breakdown, including cleanup and storage of de cor and supplies


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas


• Collaborate with management and kitchen staff to coordinate product orders and production schedules

• Collect and share feedback to support continuous improvement in service delivery
