Base Pay Range

$60,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr

Role Overview

We’re seeking an energetic, service-oriented Legal Sales Representative to manage inbound leads (primarily client inquiries), convert prospects into clients, and support selective outbound outreach. No family law experience is required—just passion, enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads—via phone, email, chat.
• Qualify prospects quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate consultations with attorneys and guide clients through intake.
• Conduct targeted outbound outreach (email, calls) to warm leads.
• Track sales pipeline and report on metrics (conversion rates, revenue).
• Maintain CRM and follow-ups to optimize client conversion.

Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years in sales, client service, or similar roles (preferably in professional services).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a boutique, close-knit team.
• Familiarity with CRMs and sales processes is a plus.
